REGISTRATION: Mail in registrations must be postmarked on or before July 17, 2013. Registration the day of the race will be taken from 7-8 am. Plenty of free parking is available on site.
PACKETS: Race numbers can be picked up the morning of the race at check in.
AGE: As of the day of the race, July 20, 2013.
FORMAT: This will be a 5K (3.1 mile) footrace. Walkers are welcome. Beginning at 8 am, there will be a brief Opening Ceremony with special guest speakers. The race will begin at 8:30 am.
COURSE: This scenic course is on the private property of a well-known and diversified railroad service provider, RJ Corman. A rolling paved path marks your journey through winding streams and luscious trees. There will be water on the course and times given at each mile. The race is open to all, but is a demanding physical event. In participating, you are agreeing that you are physically fit and sufficiently trained to finish such event.
AWARDS: Medals will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three in five year age groups. Awards will be presented immediately after the finish of the race.
